IMPORTANT INFORMATION: the online make-up scheduling tool should only be used by families who are enrolled in the current session and wish to schedule a make-up for a class that was missed during the current session. If you are not registered for the current session, please contact our office to discuss your options. Tot Music reserves the right to cancel make-ups that are not scheduled according to these guidelines.

Thank you for using our online Make-Up Scheduler!

Every family is permitted a maximum of TWO make-up classes per session. Make-ups are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We aim to keep our class sizes small to allow for maximum participation, safety, and fun! If you do not see a class on the list of available make-ups, that means the make-up spot(s) have been taken, and we must ask you to choose an alternate class. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT A CLASS WITHOUT SCHEDULING A MAKE-UP IN ADVANCE. This is unfair to the teacher, who may not be prepared for additional participants, and it is unfair to the families registered for that class. We thank you very much for your cooperation and for your adherence to this policy.

If you must cancel a make-up, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This gives the teacher notice of the cancellation and allows another family the opportunity to schedule a make-up for that class.

Please note: if you schedule a make-up and then skip the make-up without cancelling at least 24 hours ahead of time, you forfeit that make-up session.
